Is this actually safe for my daughter's skin?

Yes. Both products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates. Formulated and manufactured in the USA to FDA cosmetic standards.

My daughter is 9 (or 14). Is this still right for her?

The set is designed for the 9-15 range. Younger end: she gets a simple, no-irritation introduction to washing her face properly. Older end: she gets a clean foundation before she's tempted by harsher trending products. Either way, she's not skipping a stage.
She has sensitive skin / eczema / mild acne. Can she still use it?

The formulas are gentle and fragrance-light, but every skin is different. We recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inner arm before full use. If she has a diagnosed skin condition, check with her pediatrician or dermatologist first - we'd rather you ask than guess.
Does she really need a "skincare routine" at this age?

She doesn't need anti-aging products or actives. She does benefit from learning to cleanse and moisturize properly - especially as her skin starts producing more oil. Think of it less as "skincare" and more as "the brushing-your-teeth version of taking care of your face."
How long does the set last?

With twice-daily use, the cleanser (100 ml) lasts about 2 months and the moisturizer (50 ml) about 6-8 weeks. So roughly 2 months per set for a single user.
What if she doesn't like it?

Unopened sets can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If she's used it and the formula doesn't work for her skin, email us - we'll make it right. We don't want anyone stuck with skincare their kid won't use.
Is there anything in here she "shouldn't" use?
